Enrollment Data
Analyst
Purpose: The Enrollment
Data Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day enrollment
data quality. Monitoring incoming and outgoing enrollment data.
Ensuring timely resolution of internal and external data discrepancies.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Detailed analysis
of enrollment data discrepancies to determine the origin of the
error
- Work with Definity
Health Enrollment and Information Systems staff, business partners
and clients to resolve and correct data discrepancies
- Oversee and communicate
data discrepancy report creation and distribution
- Monitor incoming and
outbound data feeds, understand the various methods of data collection
and distribution
- Communicate enrollment
information, report and track trends
- Continuously review
and recommend improvements to the data quality process and enrollment
practices
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
IS work experience
- Two or more years
of experience working with group health insurance enrollment data
preferred
- Strong organization
and analytic skills
- Experience with reporting
and tracking data trends. Access and Excel proficient - a plus
- Customer and team
oriented
- Process oriented individual
- Self directed
- Ability and desire
to work in highly dynamic fast paced environment
