Financial Analyst

Purpose: This position will perform financial analysis and assist in the preparation, analysis and distribution of the financial statement package.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Assist in development and refinement of budgeting and forecasting tools
• Develop budget project plan and lead its company-wide execution
• Assist CFO in preparation of financial models for reforecasts and special projects
• Perform detailed monthly financial statement analyses in concert with Controller
• Assist Controller in audit related issues and projects as needed
• Act as financial lead and resource for other areas of the company in special projects such as: New product cost/benefit analysis -- Feasibility studies -- Analysis of negotiation strategies -- Financing strategies

• BS degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum 4 years financial modeling experience
• Ability to understand business models and assumptions
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability and desire to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Must have ability to work independently and devise creative solutions to achieve positive outcomes with limited resources
