Fulfillment Specialist

Purpose: Responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of fulfillment functions including member mailings, welcome kits, including ID Cards and member statements.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Facilitate and oversee weekly creation of fulfillment file transmission to outsource vendor
• Perform quality checks on outgoing file transmissions
• Work with Networks department to create appropriate network assignment and logo information to ID cards
• Manage (monitor, prioritize, and complete) ongoing fulfillment requests
• Issue resolution management
• Responsible for inventory management on fulfillment materials and stock
• Prepare for and facilitate regular status meetings with outsource vendor and internal account staff
  

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong organization skills with an ability to handle multiple requests and shifting priorities
• Diligent with a strong attention to detail
• Ability and desire to work in highly dynamic, fast paced environment
• Self directed and ambitious
• Focused on process improvement
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Customer and team oriented
• Previous healthcare, fulfillment, mail-house, or consumer material production experience – a plus
• Experience with outsource vendor relationships – a plus
